Sir:-In compliance with the provisions of the statute, I herewith present for your consideration the Eleventh Biennial Report of the Bureau of Labor and Industrial Statistics. It should be stated that the present Deputy Commissioner, holding under appointment from you, has been in charge of the Bureau only eighteen months of the Biennium, taking the office July 1st, 1907.
