H. B. No. 655—Mr. Decker: To authorize the commissioners of Seneca county, Ohio, to transfer funds from tax on dogs to Seneca County Agricultural Society, to pay its indebtedness, and to improve and add to its grounds.

H. B. No. 656-Mr. Groom: To provide for the punishment of certain offenses therein named.

H. B. No. 657-Mr. Dial: To amend section 714 of the Revised Statutes.
