ACTS made and passed by the General Assembly of the state of Connecticut, at a session holden at New-Haven, on the second Thursday of October, Anno Domini, one thousand eight hundred and eight.

and places for holding the same.” :... ... . l B” it enacted by the Governour and Council and Rouse $1. of Refiresentatives, in General Court assembled, That the town of Mew-Hartford in the probate district of Farmington, be annexed to, and become a part of the probate district of Simsbury : Provided that business already commenced in the Court of Probate for the district of Farmington, shall be proceeded with and finished in the same manner as though this act had not passed. § 2. Be it further enacted, That the town of Vernon, shall be and remain part of the probate district of Hebron. § 3. Be it further enacted, That the several courts of Common Pleas in this state, may, when necessary, order pleas to be filed and entered in the office of the clerk of said courts, at any time during the several vacations, as said courts shall judge proper.
