An Act to appropriate money for the support of aged persons in indigent circumstances. This act was repealed by the following act:

An Act repealing chapter ninety-six of the statutes of eighteen hundred and eighty-three, entitled "An Act to appropriate money for the support of aged persons in indigent circumstances," approved March 15, 1883.

[Approved February 28, 1895; Stats. 1895, chap. xii. In effect immediately.]

Section 1. Chapter ninety-six of the statutes of eighteen hundred and eighty-three, entitled "An Act to appropriate money for the support of aged persons in indigent circumstances," approved March fifteenth, eighteen hundred and eightythree. is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
