That there be and hereby is appropriated for the Michigan reformatory at Ionia, Michigan, the sum of nine thousand one hundred dollars for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and four, by amounts and purpose as follows: Six thousand dollars for general repairs, seven hundred dollars for a new hog house, five hundred dollars for library, four hundred dollars for stationery and printing, five hundred dollars for the garden and lawn and one thousand dollars for furnishing the kitchen and administration buildings. The several sums appropriated by the provisions of this act shall be paid out of the general fund in the State treasury to the warden of the Michigan Reformatory at Ionia, Michigan, at such times and in such amounts as the general accounting laws of the State prescribe, and the disbursing officer shall render his account to the Auditor General thereunder.
