EXPLANATION. This volume is a complete index to the Statutes of Indiana as contained in Burns' Annotated Indiana Statutes, Revision of 1901, three volumes. The arrangement of the subject-matter is alphabetical, both under general heads and sub-heads. The references are to sections, and the volume in which a section may be found is stated at the tops of the pages. Following the index to the compilation of 1901 is an appendix containing an index to acts adopted by the territory and state, granting special rights or privileges, or affecting property rights, which may be now in force.
