Sec. 891. Form for the oath of guardian to inventory and

appraisement.

It is ordered that said petition be, and hereby is, set for hearing on the day of A. D. 19—, at o'clock, m., at which time the next of kin and all persons interested in the estate of said ward are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an order should not be granted for the sale of so much of the real estate of said ward as is necessary for the reasons in said petition stated.

It is further ordered, that copies of this order be posted in three public places in this county, one of which shall be at the courthouse where the hearing is to be held, and personally
