SIR-I hereby certify that the cash balance charged the State Treasurer as being in his hands at the close of business June 30, 1917, was Eleven Million, Eight Hundred and Twenty Thousand, Three Hundred and Seventy-nine Dollars and Forty-seven Cents ($11,820,379.47), as appears by the books of this Department.
