M., convened in the Sen ate Chamber, at Lansing, in said State, and was called to order by Hon. Alonzo Sessions, Lieutenant Governor, and President of the Senate. The roll of Senators was called by James H. Stone, Secretary of the last Senate, when the following named Senators elect presented themselves, took and subscribed the oath prescribed by the Constitution, and entered upon the discharge of their duties as Senators: From the 1st District-William Adair. |
