o an act entitled “An act to incorporate the Delaware, Lehigh, Schuylkill, and Sebanna railroad company," passed the twenty-first day of April, one thousand eight hundred and forty-six.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representaof the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met, it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the name, and title of the Delaware, Lehigh, Schuylkill, and Susquehanna read company be, and the same is hereby changed to, and the said prata shall hereafter be known by the name of the Lehigh Tay railroad company, with all the rights, privileges and immuand subject to all the provisions and penalties provided for and eined by the said act to which this is a supplement.
