presentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That it hall be lawful for the marshal of the district of SouthCarolina to complete and make return of the Time ir enumeration of the inhabitants of the faid dif- making totrict, to the President of the United States, in tended to the form and manner prescribed by the act, intituled, “ An act providing for the enumeration of the inhabitants of the United States,”
