A bill to incorporate the village of Sherman, in the county of Wexford, Which has passed the Senate by a majority vote of all the Senators elect, and by a vote of two-thirds of all the Senators elect, been ordered to take immediate effect, and in all of which the concurrence of the House is respectfully asked.
