Flood faid he had laft night given notice, that he would on Saturday next make a motion which he confidered a neceffary one to vindicate the honour of the House, to establish a general principle, and which motion no man could give a negative to. He therefore moved, "that it be an instruction to the committee on courts of justice, to fit to-morrow at four o'clock. Sir JOHN PARNELL declared if the honourable member meant again to bring forward the motion which had been so ably and amply debated the preceding night, he would oppofe going into the committee; he thought the matter had been fufficiently dif cuffed already. The Right Honourable DENNIS DALY faid he was of the fame opinion; he had never heard a debate more ample; not a gentleman of legal knowledge, who ufually fpoke in that Houfe, but Lad given his opinion; if therefore, the honourable member did VOL.
