FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 1785. W ir. Flood said he had last night given notice, that be would on Saturday next make a motion which he considered a necessary one to vindicate the honour of the House, to establish a general principle, and which motion no man could give a new gative to. He therefore moved, " that it be an instruction to the committee on courts of justice, to fit to-morrow at four o'clock.
Sir John Parnell declared if the honourable member meant again to bring forward the motion which had been so ably and amply debated the preceding night, he would oppofe going into the committee; he thought the matter had been sufficiently disa cussed already.
