Attendant V. And be it further enacted, That the governors shall phyficians not to exceed propose at one meeting and elect by ballot at the next a four, and how number of physicians, not exceeding four, to attend the said hospital, and to render all necessary medical aid to the persons admitted to the benefit of this institution, and that the said physieians remain in office until the next election for governors, after which time they are to be an nually elected. And be it further enacted, That this act shall be and clared a pube hereby is declared to be a public act, and shall be con strued in all courts and places benignly and favourably purpose herein intended. The general act on this subject is to be seen in the 1st volume. It has however been deemed conducive to the convenience of the persons interested, to collect and arrange the titles of these acts in chronological order.
