Resolved, that the compilation of the statutes governing the city of Appleton, and the ordinances heretofor passed and published as Revised Ordinances No. 160 to 173, inclusive, as compiled by the city attorney, John Bottensek, be printed and published in book or pamphlet form under the name and title of "The Municipal Code of the City of Appleton." I, Ezra L. Williams, as city clerk of the city of Appleton, do hereby certify that the foregoing copy of the resolution of the city council is a true and correct copy of the original resolution and of every part thereof, and that such original resolution was adopted by the council at a regular meeting thereof, held April 3, 1918, and is now of record in my office.
