The Intercollegiate Protubetion Acceciation

FOREWORD

Since the publication of Federal and State Laws relating to intoxicating liquor in May, 1918, a number of States have adopted State prohibition laws. The United States has adopted the Eighteenth Amendment and enacted a Federal Prohibition Code to enforce it. These and other laws relating to the liquor traffic with a digest of the decisions construing the same and the regulations for the manufacture and distribution of non-beverage liquor, will be found in this volume. In the preparation of this volume I am greatly indebted to my assistant, Edward B. Dunford, for his valuable aid.
