AN ACT to appropriate one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars to defray the expenses of the fifty-second regular session of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, and other matters connected therewith.

SECTION 1. SEC. 2. That it shall be the duty of the Auditor of Per diem and State to audit all accounts, and issue his warrants upon the ators and Rep. Treasurer of State for the per diem and mileage of Senators how audited and and Representatives, as allowed by law, and also such addi- paid. tional allowance as may be provided by separate action of either House, upon the certificate, in case of Senators, of the President of the Senate, and in case of Representatives, upon the certificate of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, setting forth the time served, and the amount of mileage and allowance to which such Senator or Representative may be entitled: Provided, That all such allowances shall be limited by the terms of an act entitled, "An act in relation to the organization of the two Houses of this General Assembly, prescribing the number of officers and employes of such House, and regulating their duties," approved December 23, 1872.
