of the family of Finnie and name of Meldrum, and giving the patronage thereof to the dean and chapter of Aberdeen; but this only in case of the restoration of the Roman Catholic Church in Scotland, until which event the benefit of the foundation to be given to the Scotch seminaries at Douay and Louvain. 6 April, 1593.
