The People of the State of Michigan enact, That there Appropriation of is hereby appropriated for the repair of the railing and foundation $350.00. thereof surrounding the soldiers and sailors' monument in the city of Detroit, the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, which sum the State treasurer is authorized and required to pay out of the general fund in the treasury, from any moneys now in said fund not otherwise appropriated, to the treasurer of the said monument association, upon the requisition of the president and the receipt of the treasurer thereof. annum.
