that certain taxable property in said town has been assessed at or above its full value, while other taxable property has been assessed at not to exceed per cent of its true value; that hereto annexed and made a part hereof is a list of different descriptions of real estate (or items of personal property) with the true and assessed value of each description set opposite the same, showing gross inequality in valuation thereof; that the aggregate assessment of all taxable property in said town (or city or village) for said year, is

Order declaring waterway to be a public waterway.

Sec. 1239. List of persons liable to highway tax, and assessment thereof.
