17. How dear are thy counsels unto me, O God; O how great is the sum of them.

16. If I incline unto wickedness with my heart: the Lord will not hear me.

17. But God hath heard me: and considered the voice of my prayer.

18. Praised be God who hath not cast out my prayer: nor turned his mercy from me.

PSALM XXXIII., 1.-Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous; for it becometh well the just to be thankful.

2. Praise the Lord with harp; sing praises unto him with the lute, and with an instrument of ten strings.

ZECHARIAH IX., 9.-Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Sion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem, behold thy King cometh unto thee.

He is the righteous Saviour.

He shall speak peace unto the Heathen.

COL. 1., 16.-By him were all things created that are in heaven and that are in earth, visible and invisible; whether they be thrones or dominions, principalities or powers; all things were created by him and for him;

17. And by him all things consist. Rejoice greatly. Amen.

PSALM LXXXI. FULL, FOUR VOICES.

1. Sing we merrily to God our strength. Make a cheerful noise unto the God of Jacob.

VERSE, FOUR VOICES.

2. Take the psalm, bring hither the tabret, the merry harp with the lute.

3. Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, and upon our solemn feast-day.

Take the psalm, bring hither the tabret, even in the time appointed.

FULL.

Sing we merrily to God our strength. Hallelujah. Amen.

1. The Lord, even the most mighty God, hath spoken, and called the world from the rising up of the sun, unto the going down thereof.

2. Out of Sion hath God appeared in perfect beauty.

3. Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: there shall go before him a consuming fire, and a mighty tempest shall be stirred up round about him.

4. He shall call the heavens and the earth from above.

FULL, SIX VOICES.

That he may judge the world in righteousness. 6. For God is judge himself.

9. Who is like unto thee, O Lord God of Hosts: thy truth, most mighty Lord, is on every side.

14. Thou hast a mighty arm; strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.

1. Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous; it becometh well the just to be thankful. Hallelujah.

2. Praise the Lord with harp, sing praises unto him with the lute, and instrument of ten strings. Hallelujah.

VERSE, TREBLE, COUNTER TENOR, AND TENOR.

3. Sing unto the Lord a new song, sing praises cheerfully unto him with a good courage. Hallelujah.

VERSE, FOUR VOICES.

4. For the word of the Lord is true, and all his works are faithful.

5. He loveth righteousness and truth; the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.
