[Substitute for Senate Joint Resolution No. 1.] CHAPTER I. An Act relating to Elections. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in ballots. SECTION 1. No ballot heretofore cast at any election in this Validating state shall be deemed illegal by reason of its having any distin- irregular guishing mark thereon, or because it was not printed on plain Acts 1877, p. white paper.
