N. B. The profits arising from the sale of Babington's treatise on Education have already amounted to $150, which sum has been paid into the treasury of the American Education Society.

N. B. Although the Directors have taken pains to have the account here published of the contributions to the funds of the Society as correct as possible; it is very probable that, in so complex a business, particular errors, in regard to names, and the sums contributed, may be discovered. The Directors wish any such errors may be regarded with candor, and that they may be made known to the Directors.
