I don't know as you will take any idea herein written, but the laws is very wrong, and is not just to the people of this State. We had ought to have a limited time set for prosecution, so we could redraw our steps and be independent, and say to those who have used deception to get liquor that they can not have any more. But now we dare not say no, but must keep on selling to them,
