I, ARTHUR L. Thomas, Secretary of the Territory of Utah, do hereby certify that the printed laws and joint resolutions contained in this volume are truc, correct, and full copies of all the enrolled laws and joint resolutions that were passed at the Twentysixth regular session of the Legislative Assembly of said Territory, begun and held at the city of Salt Lake, the capital of said Territory, on the 14th day of January, A. D. 1884, and ending on the 12th day of March, A. D. 1884, with the exceptions of corrections in orthography and punctuation, and omissions inserted in brackets. In Testimony Ilhereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and
