It is a misdemeanor for mine operators to fail to provide bath and other cleanliness accommodations for miners. (S. L. 1913, 238)

It is a misdemeanor for miners to fail to give warning and cooperate with all others in case of danger alarm. (S. L. 1913, 240)

It is a misdemeanor to exchange, substitute, alter or remove any check number or check number placed upon any car or pit car with intent to cheat or defraud any other person. 1913, 241)

Motor Vehicles.

Verified application for registration blank. (S. L. 1915, 324) Unlawful to operate motor vehicle on public highways without tag number conspicuously displayed on rear thereof. Color and dimensions of plate, etc. It is a misdemeanor for an owner of a vehicle to fail or refuse to comply with this act. (S. L. 1915, 325)

Manufacturers of motor vehicles shall file annual application with Highway Commissioner. (S. L. 1917, 371.)

It is a misdemeanor to make any false statement in application for registration. (S. L. 1915, 329)

Tags and number plates regulated in size and color. (S. L. 1919, 414)

Motor vehicles may operate 15 days on the public highways after having filed application for registration. (S. L. 1919, 414) Unlawful to drive or operate motor vehicle on the public highway without tag number, etc. (S. L. 1919, 415)

Refusal to comply with this act is a misdemeanor. (S. L. 1919, 415)

It is a misdemeanor to make false application for license tag. (S. L. 1919, 418)

Nuisance.

Unlawful to maintain slaughterhouse within one-half mile of platted lands as an addition to any town or city, or for residence purposes when such tracts have been sold for residence purposes. (4265 R. L. 1910)

Unlawful to establish or use for burial purposes any land located less than three-fourths of one mile from any tract of land platted as an addition to any city or town, where lots have been sold in good faith prior to the setting apart such grounds for burial purposes, etc. (4266 R. L. 1910.)

The violation of the provisions of this article shall be a nuisance (4267 R. L. 1910), and it is the duty of sheriff and constable to report such nuisance and hasten its abatement. (4268 R. L. 1910)

Nurses.

Unlawful to practice nursing as a trained, graduate, or registered nurse without a certificate. (S. L. 1913, 40.)

It is a misdemeanor to violate any of the provisions of this act. (S. L. 1913, 40)

Officers.

Special officers and deputies to be legal voters of county (4283 R. L. 1910) Private persons and corporations cannot deputize special officers to enforce orders (4284 R. L. 1910), and a violation of these two provisions is a misdemeanor. (4285 R. L. 1910)

Any officer violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of misdemeanor. (4289 R. L. 1910)

Oklahoma National Guard.

Unlawful for railroad companies to refuse or neglect to transport or furnish means of transportation for troops, or baggage. (S. L. 1913, 363)

State militia, general powers and duties of military courts. (S. L. 1917, ch. 193, p. 358)

Oklahoma State Home

State agent has authority to arrest and return to the home any escaped inmate, and any interference with such agent in the discharge of his duties is an offense. It is a misdemeanor to carry away, entice, or conceal any inmate from such home. (7003 R. L. 1910)

It is a misdemeanor for any parent to visit a home in which their children have been placed by the superintendent, for the

purpose of enticing away or causing such child to become dissatisfied therewith. (S. L. 1915, 232)

Oil and Gas.

Violation of any of the provisions of this article, or of any order of a competent court, or of the corporation commission subjects the offender to fine and imprisonment (4315 R. L. 1910), but the punishment imposed shall not exceed $500, when. (4316 R. L. 1910)

Regulation and Inspection of Wells (Ch. 53, art 3; R. L. 1910) Unlawful to allow unnecessary leak or waste to occur from pipe lines. (4320 R. L. 1910)

Unlawful to use "flambeau lights." (4321 R. L. 1910.)

Unlawful to set fire to any leak in pipe lines, wells, valves, tanks or other appliances. (4330 R. L. 1910)

A violation of any of the provisions of this article subjects the offender to fine and imprisonment. (4331 R. L. 1910)

Unlawful to hinder, obstruct, or refuse to admit of inspection of oils, as provided by this article. (4341 R. L. 1910)

Unlawful to fail to erase marks and brands placed on receptacles by inspector before refilling same. (4346 R. L. 1910)

Unlawful for inspector to purchase (except for personal use), deal in, or be concerned in, any article which he is appointed to inspect. (4347 R. L. 1910)

Unlawful for an inspector to make false tests or to refuse to make any tests of oils or liquids. (S. L. 1915, 151.)

Unlawful to imitate or use inspector's brands and marks; or to use any receptacle without cancelling any such brand or mark, or to obliterate, alter, or cancel any brand or mark made by the inspector on any receptacle. (4349 R. L. 1910)

Unlawful to empty any receptacle of oil which has been brought into this State without inspecting same; or to dispose of same where it falls below test. (4350 R. L. 1910.)

Unlawful to adulterate any illuminating oils in such manner as to render them dangerous for use. (4352 R. L. 1910) Persons convicted under this chapter shall be committed until fines and costs are paid. (4357 R. L. 1910)

GAS-PRODUCTION AND TRANSPORTATION.

Unlawful for transportation company to own or operate any gas well, lease or holdings of gas. (S. L. 1913, 169)

Production of gas in such manner as to constitute waste is unlawful. (S. L. 1915, 398)

A violation of any of the provisions of this act is misdemeanor. (S. L. 1915, 38)

Gas shall be furnished through standard meters at meter rates (S. L. 1915, 407), and a violation of this section is misdemeanor. S. L. 1913, 309)

Unlawful to fix a minimum charge for gas or gas meters (S. L. 1917, 194), and a violation of this section is misdemeanor. (S. L. 1917, 195)

Unlawful to sell, offer for sale, or dispose of any petroleum, gasoline, etc., without having same inspected. (S. L. 1919, 277)

Optometry.

Certificates must be recorded with the county clerk. (S. L. 1911, 39)

It is a misdemeanor to practice optometry without a license, or falsely personate a registered optometrist, or falsely to obtain a certificate to practice. (S. L. 1911, 40)

It is a misdemeanor to charge or receive a fee for procuring a pension for any person under the provisions of this act. (S. L. 1915, 87)

Plumbing.

A violation of the provisions of this act is a misdemeanor. (S. L. 1915, 282)

Poor and Insane.

Unlawful for an officer to fail to perform an act as required by this article. (4577 R. L. 1910)

Public Health and Safety.

It is a misdemeanor for physicians in the county to fail to report to the county health officer all contagious and infectious diseases; and a person infected with such disease, who leaves the place where he is quarantined or violates the rules of quarantine, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (6795 R. L. 1910)

It is a misdemeanor for practicing physician in a city to fail to report to the city health officer all cases of contagious or infectious diseases. (6796 R. L. 1910)

It is the duty of sheriffs, constables, marshals and policemen to assist the health officers in confining persons infected with contagious diseases. (6804 R. L. 1910)

It is a misdemeanor to fail or refuse to remove or abate a private nuisance, when so ordered by a board of health or any county or city superintendent of health. (6808 R. L. 1910)

On conviction of a person for maintaining a common nuisance to public health, the nuisance may be abated at the expense of such defendant. (6809 R. L. 1910)

Births, deaths and divorces must be reported. (6811 R. L. 1910)

It is a misdemeanor to violate any of the provisions of this article, or any rules and regulations of the State Board of Health. (6812 R. L. 1910)

The Governor may enforce rules and regulations of the State Board of Health by armed forces. (6805 R. L. 1910)

It is a misdemeanor to ship a dead body to any point within or without this state without a certificate showing the name, place of death, cause of death, and other particulars, by attending physician (6815 R. L. 1910), and any physician who makes a false certificate or false statement in such certificate is guilty of a misdemeanor. (6816 R. L. 1910.)

A violation by any transportation company of any of the provisions of this article is a misdemeanor. (6817 R. L. 1910)

Vital Statistics.

It is a misdemeanor to inter, cremate, or otherwise dispose of a dead body without authority of the local register; or to fail or refuse to furnish information in his possession affecting certificate of death; or to falsify a certificate of birth or
