The Executive committee made the following report: The committee on Executive appointments, to whom was referred the communication of the Governor, dated March 13th 1861, nominating sundry persons for Notaries Public, have had the same under consideration, and have instructed me as the chairman to report the same back to the Senate, with a recommendation that the Senate do advise and consent to the several nominations therein made.
