SECTION 18. The state boiler inspection department shall not be required to inspect any boiler or boilers which are inspected by any steam boiler insuring company admitted by the insurance department of the state to transact the business of steam boiler insurance in the state, nor shall this act apply in any way to boilers that are so inspected and insured, provided that each such boiler insuring company shall report to the chief inspector of steam boilers all boilers inspected by it in the state, and shall also report to the chief inspector of steam boilers the condition of each such boiler inspected.
