Mr Eggleston offered the following joint resolution:

S. J. R. No. 71: Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, That the trustees of the Cincinnati Southern Railway be and are hereby directed to pay James P. Kilbreth, Frederick J. Mayer, and Charles W. Rowland, each and severally, the sum of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500), as compensation for services rendered the city of Cincinnati in investigation of the affairs of said trustees, and report upon the

same.

Which was referred to the committee on Municipal Corporations.
Mr. Creamer submitted the following report:
