William Walker Atkinson (1862-1932) was an American writer, merchant, attorney, publisher, and occultist. He was a pioneer of the New Thought and Prosperity Consciousness movements, and wrote dozens of books on various aspects of learning mentalism, psychic power development, and clairvoyance. He is the author of

"Clairvoyance and Occult Powers" under the pseudonym Swami Panchadasi.
