Review: Basic Real Estate Appraisal: Principles and Procedures [With CDROM]

I tried to finish this book but it was full of misinformation, typos, and incorrect math. Unfortunately this is the best text on appraisal out there from what I understand. Someone should write a new one or do a complete revision on this one. Ler resenha completa
